contestant #3: CAROLE FORET from Athens, AL.

Carole and her BFF (best friend forever) will soon be in high cotton when they travel to St. Simons Island, GA for a girls weekend away.  The trip will include airfare (or some cash to spend if airfare is not needed) and lodging at The King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort.  They may have a couple of other small surprises as well.  :)  And yes - we hope to document a little of their trip and will share some of those details with you!   

It is a high honor to be named the first Miss High Cotton U.S.A.  We know that Carole will wear hear title with pride and elevated self esteem!  :)
